🎯 About the job
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
Assist the executive team in the development and implementation of strategic plans long-term vision.
Monitor progress and ensure alignment with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
2. Executive Team Enablement
Act as a trusted advisor and right-hand person to the COO.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
Prepare materials for executive meetings and follow up on action items.
Support the execution of key strategic projects.
Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for the executive team. Provide insights and recommendations based on data and performance metrics.
3. Process Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor key performance indicators.
Streamline operations and support the executive team in decision-making.
4. Internal Communication
Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments. Facilitate communication, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to foster transparency and engagement.
Manage company-wide announcements and communication channels.
Ensure alignment of messaging with the company's values and goals.
5. Project Management
Lead and drive cross-functional projects that contribute to the company's growth and success including strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and organizational development.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
6. Change Management
Lead change management efforts related to organizational shifts, mergers, acquisitions, or other significant changes.
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement.
Monitor the impact of changes and make necessary adjustments to plans.
Your experience
Scale-ups provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but sometimes it feels like you’re “building the plane while flying the plane”. You must derive energy from such a climate and don’t mind redesigning for continuous growth, feeling comfortable with some uncertainty.
You have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior management or strategic role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proficiency in HR or Legal management practices and experience leading teams
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans..
