🎯 About the job

Strategic Leadership (20%)

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase MQL inflow and conversion to SQL, aligned with business goals. 

  • Regular analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, product roadmap and customer feedback to uncover global or regional growth opportunities.

  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of contributors, driving a cycle of perpetual growth and continuously refining our growth hacking strategies using the G.R.O.W.S. methodology, contributing to initiatives that drive growth.

Execution Excellence (60%)

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across different platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, supported by Webflow.

  • Create and launch impactful CRM (Hubspot) workflows, lead scoring systems, and personalized campaigns, ensuring progression through the commercial funnel.

  • Optimize landing pages and lead capture processes to maximize conversion rates. 

  • Planning and implementing a consistent rhythm in growth experiments, while ensuring effective project coordination and thorough tracking.

Performance Mastery (20%)

  • Analyzing the data collected from campaign, funnel and experiment performance, learning from it, and deciding on subsequent actions.

  • Establish regular feedback loops with New Business team for continuous improvement.

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of growth marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of executing successful strategies and campaigns.

  • Preferably familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities associated with marketing to educational institutions globally.

  • In-depth knowledge of B2B digital marketing, proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot.

  • Familiarity with the G.R.O.W.S. process and experience in applying growth hacking methodologies.

  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for seizing opportunities to develop groundbreaking marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of using data analysis and reporting tools to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
